This case is absolutely horrific. The Beast raped, tortured, and murdered up to 400- yes, that's right- a whopping 400 small children in Colombia. Oh and several other countries as well. And this is not an old-timey case, either- he was caught in 1999. How is this case is not well covered, I don't know.
